1. Why did you begin a Pilates
: I started pilates as a means to
relieve pain in the lower back caused by scoliosis.

: Not only has my back pain been
reduced, I have noticed a great difference in my posture and muscle strength.

: Athletically, I have witnessed
significant improvement in strength, resistance, and flexibility.
have not only been limited to physical extents.
Through pilates, I gained
interest in athletics overall and have been encouraged to try other physical
activities such as jazz dancing and fitness.
These changes have greatly
impacted my daily mood and energy, thus leading to a more motivative lifestyle.
