1. Why did you begin a Pilates
workout? : I started pilates as a means to
relieve pain in the lower back caused by scoliosis. 2. How has your Piltes training at O
Pilates helped you achieve your goals? : Through regular training at O
Pilates, I have been able to perform various daily activities without the
interference of back pain of any sort. 3. What were your top goals to meet
when coming to your Pilates classes? : My top goals prior to joining O
Pilates were to ease back pain and restore muscle strength. 4. How has your training at O Pilates
helped you achieve those goals? : Not only has my back pain been
reduced, I have noticed a great difference in my posture and muscle strength. 5. How has your body / athletic
performance / physical and mental health improved from Pilates?
: Athletically, I have witnessed
significant improvement in strength, resistance, and flexibility. But changes
have not only been limited to physical extents. Through pilates, I gained
interest in athletics overall and have been encouraged to try other physical
activities such as jazz dancing and fitness. These changes have greatly
impacted my daily mood and energy, thus leading to a more motivative lifestyle.
